Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of the agreement between Atlacis and its customers for the processing of personal data.

Scope

This DPA applies to all personal data processed by Atlacis on behalf of customers in connection with the provision of our services.

Atlacis processes personal data only as instructed by the customer and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing.
