Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to the Atlacis website, platform, APIs, integrations, and all related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services to:

Illegal activity and abuse

• Violate any law or regulation
• Facilitate or commit fraud, including chargeback fraud, refund fraud, return fraud, synthetic identity fraud, or account takeover
• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm others
• Send or generate deceptive or abusive communications

Unauthorized data and privacy violations

• Upload, access, or process data you do not have the rights or permissions to use
• Collect personal data unlawfully, or use the Services to target individuals improperly
• Attempt to re-identify people from anonymized or aggregated data

Security and platform integrity

• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Services without written permission
• Introduce malware, worms, ransomware, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or systems
• Bypass access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions

Misuse of the product

• Use the Services to build or help build a competing product
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by applicable law
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties unless explicitly authorized in writing
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Services beyond normal intended use

Sanctions and restricted parties

• Use the Services in violation of sanctions or export control laws
• Provide access to sanctioned or restricted parties

2. Enforcement

Atlacis may investigate suspected violations. Atlacis may suspend or terminate access immediately to protect the Services, customers, or others, including for suspected misuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons.
