Wallet Policy (Non-Refundable Wallet / Usage Balance)

Atlacis Services are commonly purchased using a prepaid Wallet (also called a Usage Balance). Wallet funds are used to pay for platform usage, add-ons, and any deployment services that your Order Form states may be charged to the Wallet.

1. What a Wallet Is

A Wallet is a prepaid balance you fund in advance. Atlacis deducts fees as they accrue based on your Order Form and the applicable rate card.

2. Non-Refundable Funding

Wallet funding is non-refundable, except in the limited situations described in Section 6 below. There is no free trial.

3. Wallet Availability Window

Wallet funds are available for up to 12 months from the Wallet start date, unless your Order Form states otherwise.

After 12 months, Atlacis will review options with you in good faith, which may include extending the availability window or applying the remaining balance to a renewal order. Any extension must be confirmed in writing.

4. Low Balance, Zero Balance, and Suspension

If your Wallet reaches zero, Atlacis may suspend access after reasonable notice until additional funding is received. Atlacis does not permit negative Wallet balances unless agreed in writing.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment reversal, Atlacis may suspend access and require payment via ACH or wire before reactivation, to the extent permitted by the applicable agreement.

6. Termination and Remaining Balance

• If you terminate for convenience or if Atlacis terminates due to your uncured breach, remaining Wallet balance is not refunded.
• If you terminate due to Atlacis uncured material breach (after notice and a reasonable cure period), Atlacis will refund the unused Wallet balance excluding fees already incurred.
• If Atlacis terminates without cause, Atlacis will refund the unused Wallet balance excluding fees already incurred.

7. Where This Policy Applies

This Wallet Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service and any Order Form. If there is a conflict, your Order Form controls for the purchased package.
