AI Direction Session

AI Direction Session for business owners

Walk away with a written plan showing what to use, what to avoid, and what to do first.

What it is

One working session that turns AI noise into a clear plan.

It comes after a free AI Fit Call, so you only pay once we both know ATLACIS can help. It is trusted decision support, not a tool we are selling you.

  • A focused working session

A 60 to 90 minute call where we look at your business and the tools you already use, then work out where AI actually fits.

  • Built on your real situation

We start from how your business runs and what you are already paying for, not a fixed list of tools we are trying to sell.

  • Decisions, not a sales pitch

The goal is a clear set of calls you can act on. ATLACIS sells advice, not software, and takes no tool commissions.

What you get

A plan you keep and can act on.

  • A written AI Direction Plan

A short, plain-language plan you keep, written for you, not as a technical document.

  • A clear order of steps

What to do first, what comes next, and what to leave alone for now.

  • Honest cost expectations

Rough costs to expect, and where not to spend money yet.

The AI Direction Plan

What the written plan includes.

Short and in plain language, written for you rather than as a technical document.

  • Where AI fits your business, and where it does not
  • What to use now
  • What to avoid
  • What to do first
  • A simple order of steps
  • Rough cost expectations
  • What we would not spend on yet
What happens after

You decide where it goes from there.

  • You act on the plan yourself

Many owners take the plan and run with it. There is no obligation to continue with ATLACIS.

  • Optional monthly advisory

If you want ongoing help making AI calls as things change, the Business AI Advisor plans are there. They are optional, with no lock-in.

  • Implementation, quoted separately

If the plan points to real build work, we scope and quote it on its own. It is never bundled into the session.

Monthly advisory is optional, with no lock-in. Implementation is always quoted separately and approved by you first. See the full pricing for how the session fits the rest.

Honest scope

What the session is not.

  • Not a software subscription or a tool we are selling
  • Not implementation or setup work
  • Not a guarantee of specific results or ROI
  • Not a contract or a lock-in
  • Not a hard sales pitch for a bigger project
FAQ

Common questions

  • You receive a written AI Direction Plan you keep. In plain language it lays out where AI fits your business and where it does not, what to use now, what to avoid, what to do first, a simple order of steps, rough cost expectations, and what we would not spend on yet. It is written for you, not as a technical document. Most owners can act on it themselves. If you want help executing it, that is a separate engagement we quote on its own and you approve first.

  • No. The $750 session is advice and a written plan. It does not include setup, automation, integrations, or any build work. If the plan points to something worth building, we scope and quote that separately, and nothing starts until you approve it. Keeping advice and implementation separate is deliberate. It means the recommendation stays honest, you always know what you are paying for, and you are never pushed into a build you did not ask for.

  • Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons owners book. Bring the tools, vendors, or quotes on your desk and we work through whether they fit your actual workflow, where they overlap with things you already pay for, and what to skip. ATLACIS takes no commissions or kickbacks from any tool, so the read you get stays on your side. Sometimes the answer is that something you already own covers it and you do not need to buy anything new.

  • Yes. Knowing what to leave alone is often the most valuable part of the session. We flag work that is too messy, too sensitive, or too judgment-heavy to automate yet, and the places where a person should stay in the loop. Automating a broken or unclear process just makes mistakes faster. The plan is honest about where AI helps and where it would add risk or cost more than it saves.

  • Not much, and nothing formal. A rough sense of where your time goes, the tasks that frustrate you or your team, and a list of the tools and subscriptions you already pay for is plenty. If you have specific AI tools or quotes you are weighing, bring those too. You do not need documentation, diagrams, or technical detail. The session is built around how your business actually runs, so plain answers about your day to day are more useful than anything polished.

  • Yes. It is built for owners and operators, not engineers. You do not need to understand models, APIs, or any of the jargon. We translate the technical side into plain business decisions: what to use, what to avoid, what to do first, and what it should cost. The whole point is that you can make a confident AI decision without becoming technical, and walk away with a plan your team can actually follow.

  • You have options, and none are forced. Many owners take the plan and run with it, or hand it to their own team. If you would rather we help, implementation is a separate, quoted engagement that you approve before any work begins. We scope it to what the plan calls for, whether that is automations, tool setup, internal assistants, or private AI. Advisory and implementation stay separate, so you are never paying for a build you did not choose.

  • That is much of the point. A lot of AI spend goes to tools that overlap, never get used, or do not fit the workflow. In the session we pressure-test what you are considering against your real situation and your budget, and we are honest when the answer is to wait or buy nothing. Because ATLACIS earns nothing from the tools you choose, there is no incentive to point you toward a purchase. Avoiding one wrong subscription often pays for the session.

  • Most agencies make money when you build or buy, so the answer tends to be a project. ATLACIS sells the decision, not the build. We sit on your side, take no software commissions, and are happy to tell you to spend less or do nothing. You leave with a clear plan you own, not a proposal for a large engagement. If real build work is warranted, we quote it separately and you decide. The advice is the product, kept honest by how we are paid.

  • If you already have a clear AI plan and the team to run it, you may not need this. It is also not a fit if you want someone to make decisions for you with no involvement, or if you are after guaranteed outcomes that nobody can honestly promise. The session works best for owners and operators who want a practical, neutral plan before spending on tools or builds. The free AI Fit Call exists to catch a bad fit before you pay anything.
