Who we are

ATLACIS Software Technologies LLC ("ATLACIS", "we", "us") is a Business AI Advisor that helps small and medium business owners make better AI decisions. Our registered and mailing address is 1111 Lincoln Road, Suite 500, Miami Beach, FL 33139. We work with clients remotely; the address is not a walk-in location.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers visitors to the website. Information handled as part of a paid client engagement is covered separately, as described in the Client and engagement data section below.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, and a limited amount of technical information that is collected automatically only when you accept analytics.

Information you provide. When you book a call, submit the contact form, or reach out by email, phone, SMS or iMessage, or WhatsApp, you may share your name, work email, company, phone number, and details about your goals or message. We collect only what you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics collects standard technical information such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the page that referred you. This does not load, and this data is not collected, unless you accept analytics.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your message and answer your questions.
• Schedule, prepare for, and follow up about a call.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
• Keep business records and meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping needs.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to keep the site working. These are always on because the site needs them to function.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. Google Analytics and its cookies load only after you select Accept analytics in our cookie banner. If you select Reject, analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

When analytics is enabled, Google processes the data on our behalf, and IP addresses are anonymized. Google may use cookies and process data under its own terms. You can also limit analytics through your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only as needed to run the website and respond to you, for example with service providers that help us operate, such as a scheduling or booking provider, an email provider, and our analytics provider. Each handles data under its own terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ATLACIS, our clients, or others.

Client and engagement data

Data we handle as part of a paid client engagement is different from website visitor data. It is governed by the separate written agreement with that client and, where applicable, a data processing agreement, not by this website policy.

Examples of client engagement data include Shopify return data, CSV uploads, real estate lead data, CRM records, and internal documents a client provides for a specific project. We handle this data only for that engagement, under the terms agreed with the client.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business and recordkeeping needs, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in Google Analytics. Client engagement data is retained according to the relevant client agreement.

Data security

We design our work around clear data boundaries, access control, and human review, and we take reasonable measures to protect information. No website or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or limit how it is used, and the right to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information.

You can decline or withdraw analytics at any time using Reject in the cookie banner, the Cookie settings link in the footer, or your browser controls. To make any other request about your information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

International visitors

ATLACIS operates from the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. Privacy laws vary by country and region. If you use the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those where you live.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the company grows, adds services, or completes further legal review. When we make a material change, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
